MANIFESTATION BABY!!! : AIIR Pro Educator
We have some wonderful news! Our founder, Ashley Peters, has been selected to be an AIIR Pro Educator. Confused as to what this is, what it means & why it matters? Let’s break down this incredible announcement.
AIIR Professional is a hair care brand created by Jenny Strebe ( Confessions of a Hairstylist). She designed an entire brand with stylists who style not just at the end of services but also updos, bridal etc. Her products are all vegan, cruelty free & infused with ethically sourced crystals to turn your routine into a ritual. If you’ve worked with us you've probably seen their soft while bottles with a little shimmer & an affirmation on the side. We’ve been hooked since the start knowing that our unique needs are tended to, there’s quality & the values align. Many companies create a styling line as an afterthought.
AIIR Professional was looking for individuals to audition for their AIIR Pro team & out of hundreds of entries only 20 were selected ! As a team we will provide product knowledge education, technique education, platform artists, special events like hair shows & fashion week plus so much more. We are the creatives to educate & inspire.
Why is this a big deal? It’s a dream & years of hard work materializing. Manifestation baby! Jenny was a hair hero who without her education & tutorials who knows if this company would even exist. Diligently watching, practicing, watching & practicing again Jenny was a guide into the world of updos. When people said “you can’t focus only on updos/bridal” Jenny was a shinning example that YES you could ! Jenny valued Ashley’s unique perspective, talent & education inviting her to teach a segment of AIIR Gathering IV ( 2022). Education has always been a vital part of The Stylist Abroad. Seeing artists’ eyes light up with AH-HA moments & clients realizing what is possible is the antithesis of joy. Then as odd as it sounds being on stage teaching, well no where feels quite as much like an authentic home. So yea, it’s a big deal.
What does this mean for working with Ashley for weddings? No worries ! There will still be opportunities to work with together for weddings, salon education & private education. Being a Libra she’s pretty good at balancing it all ! Availability may just fill up faster! But we’re so excited for this evolution & elevation of our company & artist.
